Pressure does not break us. Pressure reveals us. In this experiential Master Class, participants are guided through the Stop, Drop and Roll model, a spiritually grounded and embodied practice for meeting stress, trauma, and overwhelm with clarity, presence, and sacred power.

Jeffrey V. Noble Bio
Jeffrey V. Noble is a Healing Alchemist, Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certified Pranic Healing Practitioner, and Ordained Minister of Healing and Transformation. He is the Founder and CEO of The Noble Touch, an innovative holistic wellness organization dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to take control of their own healing. Rooted in African centered spiritual wisdom and New Thought consciousness, his work supports the total healing of mind, body, and spirit.
